Requests/Offers
The minimum for both requests and offers is three fandoms, with one relationship tag and two freeform tags per fandom.
The maximum for both requests and offers is ten fandoms, with up to ten relationship tags and twenty freeform tags per fandom.
Anon Period
Until creators are revealed, all gifts are anonymous. Please don’t post previews of your fic or art or talk about what you have created under your name. You may show your work to a beta reader or brainstorm with a friend, as long as you limit who knows what you are creating. Please don’t message your recipient directly or give any specifics about what you are creating in discord or social media.
Treats
Treats are extra gifts created for someone you are not assigned to. They must still match a request and avoid all DNWs and be a complete work, but they do not have to meet the minimum word count. If you complete a 500 word fic, or a clean sketch on unlined paper and want to gift it to a participant, that’s great! You do not have to be signed up to treat. Treats will not be upgraded to a main gift if a creator defaults.
What are DNWs
These are things that you do not want in a gift. Please do not include anything your recipient DNWs in their gift, doing so intentionally may result in a ban (I will take that on a case by case basis, I don’t want to punish anyone for an honest mistake.) If you receive a gift containing a DNW, please let me know so I can deal with it and get you a new gift.
DNWs must be reasonable to be enforceable. They can’t be used to corner your creator into making something specific. If you have a question about a specific DNW and whether or not it is enforceable, or you want to check with your recipient to make sure you are interpreting it right, you can contact me.
DNWs are only enforceable if they are included in your Optional Details. DNWs that are only in your letter will not be enforced. The reason for this is letters can be edited at any time, while your exchange sign up can’t be changed after sign ups close.
Optional Details
The Optional Details spot on the sign up form is where you should put your DNWs, and write at least a little bit about what you would like in a gift.
Letters
If you want extra space, you can link to a letter, which is a longer Optional Details written on tumblr, Dreamwidth, Livejournal, etc that you link to in the sign up.
Matching
This exchange uses OR matching. You will match on one fandom, one relationship, and one freeform tag on the same request. Keep in mind you and your creator only have to create what you matched on (or a different combination of one fandom, one relationship, and one freeform in one request by the same recipient, if you spot something you like better but didn’t think to offer) so try to keep that in mind when making your request. If there is a tag you only like in connection with other tags, it is best to leave that one out of your request so you don’t risk matching on it and having your creator create something based on that tag alone.
Everyone will be matched as a creator and a recipient of a gift. If you do not match as a recipient, you will be sent out as a pinch hit. Everyone will receive a gift. If you do not match as a creator, I will email you (provided by AO3 during sign ups). If there is no one that you can create for after changing your offers, your sign up will be deleted.
It would help me a lot if you look at sign ups and try to be matchable as a creator before they end.

Everyone who signs up and creates a gift is guaranteed a gift in return. I will hold up the collection until all recipients have a gift if it is necessary.
Socks
Socks are allowed and must follow all of the same rules as main accounts. If you wish to sign up using multiple accounts, please do so with the intention of creating complete works for each sock's assignment.
Don’t be an asshole

This exchange allows for a large variety of different themes and prompts, some of which may be sensitive for some participants. Harassing a participant or attempting to start drama over their requests is grounds for a permanent ban.
If there is content you don't wish to create, don't offer tags that would necessitate creating that content (be very careful with offering "Any")
If there is content you do not wish to receive, please use your DNWs and make sure you aren't requesting it through your tags.
Please make a good faith effort to create something your recipient would want to receive. Don't attempt to subvert a requested tag into something you know the recipient will not want or get as close as you can to a dnw without directly touching it. Spitefic is also grounds for a ban.
