I think the Crossover Ship Elsa (Frozen - Movie or Broadway Show)/Elphaba Thropp (Movie or Broadway Show) should read Elsa (Frozen - Movie or Broadway Show)/Elphaba Thropp (Wicked - Movie or Broadway Show). I didn't nominate it so I'm not 100% sure, but that's what seems likely to me.

Also, in Star Wars: The Clone Wars there is a duplicate tag - same ship, different punctuation:
