URGENT!!! SIGN UPS RE-OPENED!

I ran matching! There were 19 people without matches. I matched up everyone who AO3 told me had no matches but actually did, and the final count of unmatchable people was finalized at 19.

This is the plan:
  1. Sign Ups have been re-opened for 48 hours until February 15th at 1AM UTC. This is only for the 19 unmatchable people to adjust their offers.
  2. I will email all 19 people to let them know that they need to adjust their offers to become matchable. Anyone who does not do this will have their sign up deleted. IF YOU DO NOT OFFER ANYTHING THAT MATCHES SOMEONE'S REQUEST, YOUR SIGNUP WILL BE DELETED.
  3. New sign ups will be accepted, but IF YOU DO NOT OFFER ANYTHING THAT MATCHES SOMEONE'S REQUEST, YOUR SIGNUP WILL BE DELETED.
How Matching Works

Everyone will be matched based on 1 fandom, 1 character/relationship, and 1 freeform in the same request. You do not need to write every single character/pairing and freeform that someone requests, only one of each. Make sure you match on someone with a fandom, relationship, and freeform.

EDIT: If you currently match to just one person and worry their sign up might be deleted after the 15th, don't feel pressured about adding to your offers. There will be another round of asking unmatchable people to adjust their offers after the 15th. Hopefully this number won't be too large.

I checked my offers earlier, and I match with one person. But would it be better to try and match with a second as well, in case that one person gets deleted? I match a few others on pairings; I would just need to add in a freeform tag or two.

Related to this: If we are successfully matching someone at the time sign ups close, but then the are deleted because they failed to match, will we have a chance to re-offer? (Hopefully that would be a much smaller number of people.)

I ask because, like the person you're responding to, I have one person I can offer very confidently, and then a few others less confidently. I'd prefer to stick to matching the person I am confident of, but don't want to be deleted if they are deleted!

Awesome, you rock!

Man, just list the people who are unmatchable. What's the worst gonna happen if people know randouser123 is unmatchable in some ao3 exchange? It's easier than digging thru the request list pages by pages to see if the requester hasn't deleted their sign up. And much better than crossing my finger that my mail provider didn't screw up.

Can you make some google spreadsheet of current sign up? Can it include pairings, preferred medium and additional tag? So that people can just ctrl+f the fandom and pairing they offer.

So I didn't get to see the email right away, but I'm one of the 19 that didn't match. I have a feeling no one matched to me, either, so would it be easier if I just deleted my sign up? I asked this in email, too, but I thought maybe someone else might have my same problem, being a rare pair shipper in rare fandoms, so I'm asking here, too.
